Why can I only buy one course at a time?
Our platform does not have a "shopping cart" function so each course is a separate transaction. Hopefully that function will be available in the future.
I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it?
There will be a button on the purchase page that says, “Enter coupon code.”
My course expired and I am not finished with it?
Please contact us and let us know how much longer you will need access to your course to complete it.
How do I book my examination?
Once you are confident you are ready to take your examination. You will just need to email firstname.lastname@example.org for your exam voucher. The exam voucher will be sent to you within 48 hours. You will then need to pick a suitable date and time to take your proctored examination.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes, your credit card information is safe. We use secure servers and encryption protocol to make certain your personal information is unavailable to others. Once encrypted, your data cannot be read as it is transmitted over the Internet.
I can't find my course?
Your courses are on your student dashboard. Log into your account and you will have access to all your courses
How do I reset my password?
Go into the login page and select “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address and select “Reset Password.” If you are logged in to your account, you can change your password by going to your “My Account” page.
Can I access the video content from my mobile device?
Most newer-model smartphones or other mobile/tablet devices with an internet connection are able to access the video content.
How do I view the video in full screen?
On the video playback page, simply click the full screen icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the video. To exit click the same icon.
